How a round plays

Bad Blanks keeps the Bad Cards prompts and takes away the answer cards. Everyone writes their own answer, so the only limit is how funny your group thinks it is. It is the game for people who keep saying they could write better cards.

The judge reveals a prompt with a blank. Everyone types an answer and sends it. The answers are revealed, the judge picks the best one, and that player scores. Everyone types on their own phone, so nobody sees what you wrote until the reveal. It rewards fast, specific jokes, and inside jokes most of all.

Example

Prompt

Relax, there's plenty of time for _.

Typed answer

Learning the names of my coworkers.

The prompt is from the free Bad Blanks Base Pack. The answer is one a player might type.

Packs for this game

The Bad Blanks Base Pack is free. The 3 Words and Downtown Dictionary packs play here now too: answer in exactly three words, or define made-up words like The Zesty Snail.
